    Clinch Terms of Service

    Chapter 1: General Provisions

    Article 1 (Purpose)

    These terms and conditions are established for the purpose of regulating the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Clinch (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users, as well as other necessary matters, in providing Clinch services and related services through the sites and applications operated by Clinch (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sites, etc.").

    Article 2 (Definitions)

    The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

    • ① "Site" refers to the site created and operated by the Company to provide services to members.
    • ② "Application" refers to programs created and operated by the Company to provide services to members, regardless of operating systems such as iOS and Android, that can be used on smartphones or other portable devices.
    • ③ "Service" refers to Clinch services and related services that members can use, regardless of devices (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and portable devices).
    • ④ "Clinch Service" refers to a comprehensive MMA information platform that provides fight schedules, rankings, news, etc. for MMA fighters.
    • ⑤ "User" refers to members and non-members who access the sites, etc. and use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    • ⑥ "Member" refers to a user who has agreed to these terms and conditions and entered into a service agreement with the Company to use the service.
    • ⑦ "ID" refers to an email account that a member sets and the Company approves for member identification and service use.
    • ⑧ "Password" refers to a combination of characters, numbers, and symbols set by a member to confirm that the person trying to use the service is the member who was given the ID and to protect rights and secrets.
    • ⑨ "Posts" refers to articles, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as codes, characters, voice, sound, images, videos, etc. posted by members on the sites, etc. when using the service.

    Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

    • ① The Company posts the contents of these terms and conditions through the service or connected screens so that members can easily know them.
    • ② The Company may amend these terms and conditions within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
    • ③ When the Company amends the terms and conditions, it will notify the application date and reason for amendment along with the current terms and conditions in accordance with the method of Paragraph 1 at least 7 days before the application date of the amended terms.
    • ④ Members may express their intention to refuse changes to the terms and conditions within 30 days from the date the changes are announced through the member service withdrawal method.
    • ⑤ If a member continues to use the service without expressing an intention to refuse the changed terms and conditions in accordance with Paragraph 4, the Company considers that the member agrees to the application of the changed terms and conditions.

    Chapter 2: Use of Service

    Article 4 (Provision of Service)

    • ① The official name of the service provided by the Company to members is 'Clinch'. Clinch is a comprehensive MMA information platform that provides fight schedules, rankings, news, etc. for MMA fighters.
    • ② The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as a principle.
    • ③ The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the service in cases of maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, communication interruption, or reasonable operational reasons.

    Article 5 (Changes to Service)

    • ① The Company may change the contents, operational, and technical matters of the service for stable service provision.
    • ② When the Company changes the service, it will announce the changes and application date in advance.
    • ③ The Company may modify, suspend, or change all or part of the services provided free of charge according to the Company's policy and operational needs, and will not provide separate compensation to members unless there are special provisions in related laws.

    Article 6 (Prohibition of Crawling and Automatic Collection)

    Members may not collect, reproduce, or distribute information from this service (competition schedules, player information, posts, etc.) through automated methods (e.g., scraping, crawling, non-authorized API methods, etc.). Violation may result in member qualification revocation and legal action.

    Chapter 3: Member Rights and Obligations

    Article 7 (Management and Responsibility of Posts)

    Members are responsible for all legal liability for their posts and must not infringe on the rights of others.

    Article 8 (Service Use Restrictions and Termination)

    Operators may suspend or delete member accounts in case of violation of the terms of service, and members may withdraw their membership at any time.

    Chapter 4: Personal Information Protection

    Article 9 (Collection Items and Purpose)

    • Collection items: Email
    • Purpose of use: Member identification, posting articles and comments, notice delivery, etc.

    Article 10 (Personal Information Retention and Use Period)

    Personal information will be destroyed without delay when a member withdraws, but will be retained for the necessary period in cases where retention is required by legal obligations.

    Chapter 5: Miscellaneous

    Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

    • ① Matters not specified in these terms and conditions follow the Company's operating policies, usage guidelines, and related laws and commercial practices.
    • ② Korean law shall be the governing law in case of legal disputes related to service use.
    • ③ In case of litigation for disputes arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.

    Supplementary Provisions

    These terms and conditions apply from June 1, 2025.
